Greetings. Another lovely day in Glasgow. Who's skiving off work to go read in the park and listen to music? Go for a nice lunch somewhere? Not me, but I'm sure someone is.
No games last night. Setting up a pc for my pals son. He had a mooch around in my GTA cars while I did so. It stopped him asking questions about sata throughput and the like that I couldn't answer.
Second day in a row I've got a train from a different station. Mixing it up a bit. It's the express though so I'm standing.

I liked 5 for the multiplayer, but I don't really enjoy resident evil so it wasn't sullying anything for me. It was more uncomfortably crass than deliberately racist I think. It is set in sub-Saharan Africa, but the only black characters are effectively a tribal mob. It's like something from the 1950s. I don't think Capcom intended to do that. It is just they were unaware of how white guy goes to Africa, saves the world from frenzied mob of Black people might look.

The RE 5 trailer had a bit where a black man assaulted a white blonde woman.
After complaints they changed it in game to a white man.
If memory serves.

Morning,
Can I go home yet?

Why couldn't they make Africa more like the politically-stable Africa everyone knows?
Morning all.
I played a game last night, Mad Max. Took a while to get back into, but had a good couple of hours tearing around. Tore down some scarecrows, cleared out some gang forts... a usual Tuesday night.

Mornin'
In the past couple of weeks I started and finished The Good Place (****), started The Expanse ( a tentative **** ) and played a lot of The Division.
I've also been back on the skateboard a fair bit. It doesn't hurt at all falling off at 45. Nope. Not one bit.

Overcast and cool here. Some Fear the Walking Dead and no games. I drank a fantastic red wine a few weeks ago and now all other red wine from accessible outlets tastes like garbage to me.

How expensive was the said fantastic wine? Don't think I've had anything over £20 from a shop. Red wine that is. Obviously fizzy varieties I've spent more.

I once tried rich person's white wine and it even made normal red, my preferred type, taste like garbage.

Good morning all!
An absolutely lovely day to be stuck in an office in Glasgow. Good thing that I have a fan blowing cold air directly into my gub.
Games chat God of War has swallowed me whole and I'm enjoying working my through collectibles and stuff, I'm hoping to platinum it though.
I'm also trying to fend off needs to buy Final Fantasy X to play through again.

Disgaea 5 for the PC got bumped to the "summer" so I got the PS version which was the same content and, remarkably, cheaper. I forgot how bloody complicated these games are

I drank a lot of vodka and coke in 1994 and for the next ten years all coke just tasted like vodka, ruling it out completely as a hangover cure.

On a side note, is this forum disproportionately Scottish? Things do seem to have shifted to north of the border. Though scam and I resolutely hold onto the south coast.

Don't listen to Pyjackson (or watch that godawful clip). FFX is a fantastic game! I think I've bought it 3 times so far. If it's available on the PS4, a fourth purchase is not unfathomable. I tend to play through every other year or so (on rotation with VIII) and the ending still manages to stir something in my cold dead heart. Morning All! I didn't do anything of note last night, aside from make a very nice courgette lasagne. Well, we did watch Westworld, which was ok, but that's it. Had an early night with the intention of hitting the gym this morning but strong winds and rain kiboshed that (I don't drive and would've been biking there).

It was a gift for Mrs Fark, can't say how much it was. The fancy label was in French and it had a proper cork and everything. How the other half live. I bought a 12 quid bottle from Spar and it was not even close.

On a side note, is this forum disproportionately Scottish? Don't worry, in a few years you'll get a thing called "Facebook"- it's a bit like the chatterbox only with a lot more weirdos. Fortunately it's also much easier to ignore them.

Scubar is 3 hours drive from anywhere and everywhere. That's just basic.
Lost somewhere in Yeovil I expect. Either on the road or on the other road.

Morning.
Disproportionately Scottish? Nah. The only regions that seem underrepresented are Northern Ireland and Wales, correct me if I'm wrong. The sprinkle of lunatics across these isles seems just about sustainable.
I did nothing of note last night apart from putting rubbish out.
In Skyrim it's a bit boring atm as I need to hang around until someone finally gets murdered. Never thought I would be willing a serial killer to get on with it.
