"Don't let them push us around"..."if we all stick together they can't sack all of us" etc Then fill yours in with the answers The Man wants. Hey presto! A pay rise for Amipal. You’re welcome. The questions in there were very leading. For example, “on a scale of 1-4…” with the statements being either “I believe it’s my responsibility to do whatever it takes to up-skill and support the team” or “nothing to do wiv me guv” I made extensive use of the limited-comments space to make thoughts know. Basically told them what a pig’s ear they’d made of it all. Thinking we’re all mugs. In my experience, this type of survey is normally a prelude to mass sackings. |
