Wagner troops have smashed through barricades and are driving full pelt to Moscow. Putin has apparently fled the city. The next few days are going to be interesting. It is pretty amazing turn of events. |

Horizon Forbidden West completed! I liked it a lot. Sagged a bit in the middle, but the world and story are very convincingly realised, and it has Lance Reddick and robot dinosaurs in.

I'm not entirely sure UHD is necessary. Obviously SD is shite. Almost unwatchable. But is UHD too much? HD feels to me like just the right amount of D

But when I've played games / watched TV at friends houses who do I've definitely thought it was the right amount of D.

4k is the biz for a larger screen size.
But upscaled HD is pretty good.
You can see the difference on my TV if you directly compare uhd and hd but otherwise it's not that obvious.

Speaking of crazies, I has the misfortune of bumping into Tootsie* last night @12.30am. Claims to have fallen over in the kitchen on Wednesday, "...and 'they' had to call an ambulance", it stated with an air of self-importance. Hang on a moment. 2 weeks ago you claimed to have fallen over in the bedroom and were ambulanced off to Hospital. The way you talk about Tootsie … It sounds like they(?) like you - always stopping to talk. Maybe they have a drawing, in their home - to encapsulate the relationship - of the two of you sitting on a sofa, and with you placing a paternal, caring arm around their shoulders. Watching The Pretenders and having a few cold brewskis. Going to watch Guns n Roses later. Hopefully a cracking performance, then just towards the end their last song Axl loses his voice...

Leicestershire division 6 cricket at its absolute peak.
2 pints of Camden pale and back home looking after my humongous baby while the wife sleeps.
Overall I have really enjoyed my day.
