I was too busy with my sofrito at that point to attempt bullying Tids.
Risotto with leftover roast chicken is far superior to cooking chicken for the risotto. That was tremendous.
Made a banana/raspberry loaf earlier as well. Was pretty decent.
Probably watch a bit of Elton tonight.

Evening
Another scorcher. Been gardening. Bad move. At one point I had to stop and have 2 (TWO) Mr Freeze ice pops. A lemonade one and a raspberry one. And an ice cold Rubicon black cherry and raspberry drink. All the raspberry. I've now seen the error of my ways and am slumped on the settee watching Glastonbury. The festival can finish for good now, nothing will top Asters and his Smiths play set.
I might watch Ben Elton John later though. Maybe The People's Princess, Lady Diana, will make a surprise appearance. Everyone now surely knows she lives on that secret island with the likes of Robert Maxwell, Elvis etc
