So far it’s looking questionable. I have work issues. I’m going to be on leave, soon - for two weeks - and have someone whose work I’m responsible for, feasibly off on sick leave. She’s out of contact and when she’s in contact the experience can be gruelling. She hasn’t been doing stuff from before going sick, so there’s a backlog. The other day she told me she was fatigued from being picked on and singled out by other colleagues. From what I can see, though, last week she did two hours of work. So why the fatigue? And I’m pissed off because I’m going in at eight, and leaving late at the moment...
Being singled out, for this colleague, means she receives ‘passive aggressive’ emails. The people sending these emails are annoyed because she isn’t doing stuff, and seems to be actively unhelpful at times.
I don’t know. What can you do eh?

There’s also a marking boycott at my workplace which has caused chaos for the exam boards that would usually be taking place this time of year. Relentless meetings and discussions… It’s just a lot.
To be honest it’s that it’s all shored up this week, with everything having to be done before I go.
