Work is still slow (all set to change next week) so today I'm 'playing' Firewatch at my work desk. Was another steam sale buy, about £4 odd. Not played it before.
A couple of hours in. It's nice and relaxing so far.

I have just been to my son's end of year school sing song. It was pirate themed. They sung with enthusiasm but I was disappointed with actions, which were often out if sync.

I've pulled my back at work.
Was moving an amp rack, projector etc.
Put up a screen, wired up speakers. All fine.
Bent down to put a bolt in a bag.
*Boom* fucking agony.
I'll not be putting away all the previous mentioned stuff after the film show.
Should have paid attention to my manual handling training.
Manually handle *this* etc etc.
Two paracetamol and two brufen down.
