I'm more Chinese food than man now. TBF our local Chinese is excellent. I have Chinese food. Not authentic though. M&S special fried rice and M&S BBQ ribs. |

When Chumbles first disappeared for a while, I had a whole obituary in my head. A shorter version is: I first experienced Chumbles in my first game of Dip and he drove me mad, I complained to the other players that he was playing the game for me and I did not like it, they basically said that yeah but he's a real nice guy. Next I made a joke about him dying which he didn't like, after a direct conversation he accepted my apology and understood the rational for the joke. After that we got on well and had quite a few thing in common; SF books, music and certain TV. I only knew him from here but I had more contact with him than my irl friends. He was grumpy, argumentative, intransigent but also funny, knowledgeable, wise and most importantly caring. I never knew him personally but his presence here enriched my life. RIP my friend. |

Also, a bit late to the party, but I have started watching Breaking Bad the last three nights. Up to series 2 episode 2 already.
The youngest said one of her teachers looked liked Walter white. I asked who and how she knew. So thought I'd watch it.
Hmmm.. Not suitable for a 13 yr old. Kids eh?
Anyway, it's ok so far. Makes me want to try some crystal meth though. Nose candy+
