Started watching Snowfall from the beginning Me too! I had watched some of the first series back when it was broadcast. I'm on episode 7 now. Going to watch more tonight. We finished Platonic last night. Was standard Seth Rogen, lots of amusing bits. Plus I like Rose Byrne. A lot. Waiting for Physical s3 to start. Games. A little Far Cry 6 - but I normally play the playstation on the floor in front of our 14" TV or whatever ridiculous size it is. My sore back was worsened by this, so prob no games till it's better. Switch laying on the couch you say? Hmm. OttM. We agreed to get a smart gas meter installed and they were meant to come yesterday. Not an email or call to say they weren't coming. The fucks. Ottm2. Someone dying really gives you a sense of your own mortality I think. Need to get off the crisps and do more exercise. |

I started watching Breaking Bad on Monday. It's ok I guess. Now up to Series 2 Episode 8. Or maybe it's 9. Saul was in the last episode. I know that name from another show everyone was talking about but I haven't watched.
Games, As I enjoyed Firewatch I'm thinking of trying another 'walk-em-up'.

I have them both, either as an old monthly ps+ offering or as part of my ps+ free games package. Someone also highly recommended Gone Home, but that's £15 so no dice. |

A monkey is smoking a joint on a tree, when a lizard walks past..
The lizard looks up and says "Hey, what are you doing?" The monkey says "Smoking a joint. Come up and join me"
So the lizard climbs up and sits next to the monkey, and they have another joint. After a while, the lizard says his mouth is 'dry', and that he's going to get a drink from the river.
At the riverbank, the lizard is so stoned that he leans over too far and falls in.
A crocodile sees this and swims over to the stoned lizard, helping him to the side.
He then asks the lizard "What's the matter with you!?" The lizard explains that he was up in the tree, smoking a joint with the monkey and his mouth got dry, and that he was so wasted that, when he went to get a drink from the river, he fell in!
The inquisitive crocodile says he has to check this out. He walks into the jungle and finds the tree where the monkey is sitting, finishing a joint.
He looks up and says "Hey, MONKEY!"
The monkey looks down and says "OMG! DUUUUDE .... How much water did you drink?!"

I really like What Remains of Edith Finch. Four stars, would recommend. I didn't like Everyone's Gone to the Rapture. Boring, frustrating and over-praised. Four stars, would not recommend. Also some thing set under the sea. Survival horror, but verging on a walk em up. Very good. Soma? Maybe it was Soma. Four stars, would recommend. |

Have been for a jaunt around Nymans gardens this morning. After a walk around the house there, I then refuelled with a jacket potato.
