What Remains of Edith Finch. Everybody's Gone to the Rapture is also worth checking out Was looking at both of those (and some others). I have them both, either as an old monthly ps+ offering or as part of my ps+ free games package. Someone also highly recommended Gone Home, but that's £15 so no dice. Gone Home is a really short game. I think I finished it in about 15 minutes |

Made a batch of steak pies for the freezer and dinner. Pastry made with flour from Whissendine windmill which has cloth sails. Stoneground Plain white that looks like wholemeal. My best medieval peasent impersonation munching on the ye olde pastry.

It's chicken breast marinated/marinaded in yoghurt, and spices and then skewered and cooked on the grill. Comes with small naan, separate salad (cabbage, onion, pickles, tomato) and separate chilli sauce. I also got fries and garlic mayo as I'm greedy. It's fantastic. They are doing a thing now where they stir fry Donner meat in a wok with chilli sauce,.peppers, onions and serve with rice. That sounds like what you described. |

I had a top top crispy beef in sweet chilli sauce tonight. Only one pound extra for the rice and a free bottle of Tango with every order. Clearly a very tasty money laundering operation.

Had some very strong beers. I suppose you could say I had a couple of boozy blackouts. The beers … The better are just so very strong.
I saw a man go full ‘King Ralph’ on a public piano. That was a plus.
I can’t really think of much else. Brussels is excellent though.

So, thanks to recommendations from our resident poet and resident fries supplier, I just played through Edith Finch. I quite liked it. Not quite as good as Firewatch, but ok nonetheless. 4*

Anyone else feel like strong beer and takeaway? Swimming with little one this morning, slow cooker perk chicken to set up lunches for the week and then walk\park for a bit this afternoon.
More house work then in the gaps before taking later, maybe replay a fallout before Sheffield later in the year.
