I got some coffee for my machine and the wrappings say they can go in compost. Do you think that means they can go in food waste? Or am I going to have to collect them and lob them over the wall of the local allotments?

I’m fine. Absolutely A-OK. Nikka Coffey Grain whiskey is delicious. No games.
Stephen king is terrible. I’ve never finished a King book and my reading age is at least 11.

My Little Pony has a coffee collection now? Arabica, Java, Robusta, Mocha, Blue Mountain and Black Joe? They are really catering to those hipster bronies now.
I miss Melv a lot. Apparently, if you are very quiet and find the exceedingly rare board games section in the Guardian, you can still see him, getting a Guardian Pick. But it's like panning for gold.

There is no standard or auditing of what biodegradable means in the context of packaging, so biodegradable packaging might break down in months, years or decades. They can go in landfill, where they should breakdown faster than the other rubbish, releasing their carbon more quickly into the atmosphere. If they specifically say they're suitable for compost, then they should be fine in food waste or compost, otherwise general waste. |
