Afternoon all! I trust you are all in fine fettle? RollingEscargotI have also seen the most recent M:I. Very good it is too, though not as good as Fallout. Could be because it’s a part one of a story. Yes I thought pretty much the same. The opening seemed stretched out a lot longer than necessary. Tonight I went to see Barbie. It was a lot weirder than I was expecting. Felt like three different films cut and shunted together. At least we remembered to smuggle in our own junk food this time, having discovered last night just how much of a fucking racket the Cineworld Pic n Mix operation is. |

Hi. I went to see 'the rugger' at the weekend. The lads did some good rugby. Well worth the 2 day (so far) hangover. Plus it's the start of the football season! Between 3 and 445 PM on the first Saturday is truly the most optimistic time of the year. So you give upon Aberdeen with about 15 minutes left. Our game finished at 5.01 pm on Saturday. It was by no means the last of the 3pm kick offs. I'm not 100% in favour of so much added time. I'd rather there was less timewasting in the game. In the Leeds game I think there were 12 minutes added, but no significant injuries. They have said they are doing world cup style injury time up here this season too. Last season they only did it in ganes where one or other of the ugly sisters were deemed to still be needing a goal. |
