I've just had an email from someone in America warning that ChatGPT has the ability to time travel and may have caused Alan Turing's parents to meet, as part of a long-term plan to turn the earth's atmosphere into CO2 by Christmas 2023. He further requested that I study old youtube videos for further evidence of AI time travel, and report my findings to world leaders. As I am busy playing Assassin's Creed right now I have no time for this. Maybe one of you guys could get on it? It's ok, we've still got a couple of months. I'm on it. When you say world leaders does that include Dishi Rishi? |

I was trying to get ‘Shin: Masked Rider’ to play, but the Amazon app was playing up. I really wanted to see Jeff Bezos in the Colosseum at that point.

I'm at work. I just had to reinstall Windows 11. And now it looks like Windows 11, not like the older versions of Windows, and I don't know how I edited the registry to make it work like I wanted it to and now it's gone and I don't even have Excel and everything is wrong and please send help and I just want the application icons in the task bar to be bigger like they used to be and for the taskbar to be twice normal height and for everything to be back the way it was and change is bad and please can I stop crying now please and where is my MS Office disk and I don't want Office 365 and does anyone know what software programmes I had on the laptop previously and which of them I want back now please?
On the plus side, my laptop is basically functioning again now.

Windows 11 is draining my non-work laptop battery. I can't be arsed wiping it and going back to Win10 but I think I need to. It's still supported till Oct 2025.
The constant nag screens though. They need a reg hack.

Now I think about it, perhaps the problem was the code and red edits that I downloaded from Github and never really understood what I was doing, a few minutes after installing Windows 11 in the first place. Probably not though. About to do the same again in any event.
