Inhaling any vapours or smokes is unlikely to do your lungs that much good.
There is a lack of research in to the long term effects of vapes and/or e-cigarettes
They only contain about 5% of the toxins tobacco does. But that doesn't necessarily mean they are only 5% as risky. People may use more or inhale deeper. Plus especially with flavoured shit many of them haven't been properly tested.
I'd strongly suspect tobacco free is best.

Used to be highly addicted to tobacco. 30 Marlboro Reds a day for a while. Took some commitment, time, and money.
I thought better of it, and stopped.
What I'm saying is, I'm not some never-smoked wuss, and I'm not some expert texpert chokin' smoker fool. I'm merely the best of us.

My last cigarette was on 25th April 2018. I 100% don't miss it or think about it all the time. No siree. I certainly don't make excuses to, say, go outside a pub if someone I'm with is smoking. Nor do I go out the back if I know the bloke next door is twisting one down. I'm like Totes over it. No! Shut up! You're lying!

OTTM, I'm off this week. Had two full days in the garden doing manly manual stuff, proper taps off jobby both days in the suuunnnshiiiiiiiiiine. Aching like hell now and I'm as brown/red as a berry.
Also been watching ALL the athletics world champs. Great stuff.

I played some more Quaker II. Found a secret level and died many times, the reward was a double barreled shotty.
There's some dogs in it which are bastards, armour-plated gits.
