I don't know. The law though may be more judgemental.
I think it might be ok if fleeing an actual nuclear war (or Sheffield which is the same thing). In other circumstances, maybe not so much.

It is not my birthday. However, it was quite recently. Definitely in the Red Zone now. Didn't realise it was the 50-say-freeze-and-i-got-numb birthday. Very windy here but no rain. Should have put some drying out with about 30 pegs on each item. |
