Hello. Today Mrs D and I are in Brighton. At the Marina. Brighton buses have free WiFi and USB charging ports in the back of every seat. Why has amipal kept this a secret? What a time to be alive Lots of places have buses like that now. Plus high street pubs having charging stations on the tables sometimes. London buses don't. At least none of the ones I've been on...

I think Wizard and the Bruiser podcast did a good one on Fallout? The one about Skyrim was very good.

What a time to be alive I was on the beach at Saltdean when you posted this, yet I did not detect a disturbance in the force... maybe your powers are waning? The bus wifi has never been all that great for me, but then when I used to get the bus it was at the same time as a billion schoolchildren. So contention may have been an issue.

Killed it. What's everyone had for lunch? My oven was finally fixed so I treated myself to tuna pasta.

Evening meals since it broke last Thursday: McDonald's, peri peri chicken, KFC, Japanese, indian, Chinese I only regretted the McDonald's.

Had a wander around Kipling's garden at Rottingdean. No cakes.

Hove actually, actually. How come you ended up in Rottingdean? That's east, not west!

You have no idea how excited I am knowing that destry is a three-minute car journey away from me.
Full beam.

Hove actually, actually. How come you ended up in Rottingdean? That's east, not west! The plan was to go to Rottingdean, back to the Marina, bus to Hove and a walk back along the front before the train back to East Croydon. Ended up going to the Marina first.

Lunch was some mushroom stroganoff slop.
I had a look at Keef's & Keza's E3 article and come to the conclusion that I'm insufficiently hyped. Btw, no Kingdom Hearts 3 on the list?
I think that Nintendo's presentation will naturally centre around Smash Bros. Of course I would like to see Metroid 4 as much as the next person, but the rumour (or was it even an official statement?) is that they are going to focus on games that'll come out this year and I don't think it falls into that category. The same is probably also true for Bayonetta 3.
What I think they'll probably show is: the Yoshi game with the paper and cardboard (and I would be surprised if there wasn't some kind of Labo integration); Animal Crossing, now long overdue; the promised Fire Emblem game; a release date for the No More Heroes game; and Pikmin 4 (also overdue). Another thing that everyone seems to be forgetting is that at the reveal for the Switch there were plans for a new Shin Megami Tensei game that hasn't materialised yet.
Personally I'd like to see What Remains of Edith Finch ported to the Switch because I can't see why not and I want it.

A pint in the Cliftonville Inn in Hove actually, before a walk back along the seafront and then home.

Indeed, and in what world is the annual CoD manifestation "most anticipated"? It comes around as regularly as Easter and Christmas. Not that I'm dissing Easter and Christmas.

Not that I'm dissing Easter and Christmas. You should. They serve up the same old family-based drudgery year after year. Zero innovation.

Nan doesn't stand a chance. Doesn't work for Easter, though, since one can never find the last Easter egg anyway.
