Lad News.
Laddy got stuck in his kitchen the other day, some sort of kitchen door malfunction. Mrs T happened to walk past and had to talk him through how to open the kitchen window. He then climbed out, knocked on the front door and his girlfriend answered. She was in his flat the whole time.

People must spend a lot of money on tooth whitening only to end up looking like they have false teeth. Brilliant white teeth look rather ridiculous. Tea/coffee/cigarette stained teeth look much more realistic. |

Opposite me there is a man with headphones on, talking to someone by phone. On the other side of the aisle there is a woman who occasionally glances over furiously at him. I think it’s because he’s speaking Spanish. It could be Portuguese. The woman looks demonic. Eyes like a cheap ‘Buffy the Vampire’ special effect. |

Just finished making a huge pot of soup for tea that is now simmering gently on the hob. It's called 'Vegetable Soup a la Tuffers'.
Fry off bacon lardons in some olive oil and butter.
Then bung in every vegetable* in the pantry/fridge that needs using up and gently cook for ten mins.
Add a vegetable oxo
Cover with water
Add a load of salt, pepper and a teaspoon of chilli poweder.
Simmer.
Then argue about who wants it blended and who wants it chunky.
*todays has:
2 white onions
1 red onion
4 celery stalks
6 carrots
2 potatoes
3 sweet potatoes
3 tomatoes
6 cloves of garlic
And bought a sourdough wanker baguette from the Co-op to go with it.
