Here's a thing. There is a chap on youtube 'Polo Reacts' who listens to tracks he's never heard before and subscribers recommend to him. Now, he posted Classical Gas by Mason Williams the other day and amongst a multitude of posts waxing lyrical about Mason's career etc... I simply posted "Boodiful".
I thought nothing of this, but now he has asked me to contact him directly on Telegram.
Would doing so be a safe thing to do? He has 231,000 subscribers so I don't think I'll be missed...

A day for staying in and keeping warm.
Chicken stew simmering on the hob for later. Got some supermarket part-baked baguettes to cook in the oven to accompany said stew.

I made Pommes Boulangere with dinner.
Not done it before.
It worked pretty well. I used a vegetable stock.
I would have preferred a higher crisp to soft ratio. I could achieve this by using a bigger baking dish and making 2-3 portions
