Congratulations on spawning Sandy!
Its Terry! I've been on the Gams - Monster Hunter World on the Steam Deck. Top banan. Actually seems to run better than I remember it on PS4. Also Wowhammer Rouge Trader. Role playing a mad lunatic, which doesn't take much effort.
I might get into Grand Turismo again. I did most of the stuff in the fucking weird cafe menu thing. 'Yes waiter I'd like to order a time trial on the nurburgerring'.

Interesting conversations Part 1:
Pub, after a few hours of drinking, leaving soon:
"Why are you drinking wine" says drunk person.
"because I like it and am about to go" says other drunk person*.
Then various conversations/topics occurred:
"Do you know what's wrong with this country?" 1st drunk person
"If you say immigrants then I'm going to stop talking to you now"
I left.
Interesting conversations Part 2:
Got cab and like most of the cab drivers in Maidstone they knew where I live.
We talked about how their work was going etc.
Ended up with 99% of people are fine but those picked up about 3 or 4 a.m. some of them don't pay or damage the cab.
I suggested "don't work those hours because the money can't compensate for the shit"
Driver agreed as if they hadn't thought about it, I don't know whether what I said was impactful or they thought "duh".
Anyway finished when I said are you celebrating Christmas and then thinking about it, asking are you a Muslim**?
They said yes but we celebrate anyway.
Not sure what the moral is.
