We have someone coming over to look at a leak we did have in our flat but that seems to have abated. Gah. What time will they be here? I was going to get in the shower. I will need to use the bathroom, then I have a meeting at 10.00. The message they sent says they will be here at 8.00. Who goes anywhere at 8.00? … I asked for after 11.00.
Maybe when they arrive I should hold my phone up to show them this message, giving a wry and disgruntled look.

Went to my pals last night to set up his online business banking. Came away with his Dwarf ii telescope that he can't work out how to use. That I now need to work out and show him.
No games.
TV. Started the John Wick universe thing on prime. Seems decent enough so far and Mel Gibson is yet to make any anti-Semitic comments. I've only ever seen part of the first John Wick, not that I suppose it matters.

He got it working. I also previously updated the firmware.
It takes lots of photos and it's the stitching them together part he can't work out. Plus I don't think he had it in a dark cupboard for long enough to calibrate it properly.
The wee guy across the cul-de-sac is doing Astronomy at Uni. I'll maybe rope him in if I can't sort it. Will obviously delete the photos of his mum first.

Been watching the news about HMS Diamond. Keen readers will recall that my niece's PM served on that ship but was told by said niece to get a land-based job as he was spending too much time at sea. Right now, he's probably half-way up an electricity pylon in the freezing cold instead of basking in the warm glow of combat.
