Waited patiently all day yesterday for my fibre engineer to turn up - Did he?
You bet he did..... left it late though. 4.30pm start on a Friday afternoon i'm thinking he's gonna be in a hurry to bosh this one in before going out on the lash. Wasn't sure if he's rather be offered a coffee or a cheeky beer.
I'm now getting 600mbps over cat5e downloading to PC, and 300/150mbps over wifi. Woot!

I wonder if I’m drinking too much. I just had a few glasses of wine last night but now I’ve woken up with mild kidney discomfort. I don’t want to end up with jaundice and an oxygen pipe under the nose.
I don’t think I actually drink that much but I do tend to have at least one drink a day.
Maybe I’m taking too much paracetamol. Maybe there’s too much potassium in the brown rice I’ve been eating.

How many paracetamol do you take and how often?
They do say drinking a little frequently is better than binge drinking.
Drink more water. Most headaches are dehydration. Sore kidneys can be dehydration.
I had a sore head earlier. Took 1 paracetamol and drank water.

Usual trip to Morrisons. Got some stewing beef to make beef and potato madras tomorrow. And two boxes of black sheep ale as it was on offer. It always seems to give me weird dreams or nightmares (black sheep), but the lure of the special offer (£5.50 for a box of 4,or 2 boxes for £10.50) was too good to turn down.
