Apparently, there is a Dune expansion for MS Flight Stimulator. Is it Gongles who plays that? Desert desert desert, eaten by giant worm, desert. So, a bit like Camber Sands? |

Apparently, there is a Dune expansion for MS Flight Stimulator. Is it Gongles who plays that? I do. There is. Not tried it yet. It's apparently based on the ornithopter from the Denis Villeneuve fillums, which i've not yet seen, rather than the books or the 80's film version. With Dune 2 imminant i'm hoping to score some 'spice' and binge watch them both, before trying the MSFS version. It looks like a helicopter with dragonfly wings from the trailers .... alas no sandworms in the sim.... yet. |

I was just in a pub, with a friend. We went in, after having a meal. The seats we got were strange - like seats where there might normally have been seats and a table.
Anyway, we got other seats, eventually, at the table next to us. I was beginning to ‘loosen’ up. The smoooooth tasting drink (Guinness) began to loosen me up and I was ready to expound, when all of a sudden a man appeared. He stood by the table and said ‘Hello Sailor’ then he held out his hand. And with that handshake we were drawn into 15 minutes of boring-ass conversation. Just loads of chat about buying properties and renting them to students for extortionate amounts. I thought this man had … issues, or was maybe very drunk. My friend said he was off his mash on coke. Can you be off your mash on coke? I don’t know. But my looseness of spirit dissipated and I said I wanted to go home.
I wonder if this man was just a berserker, with a good line in tricking people out of tables in crowded pubs.

Of the 41 episodes produced by ABC, only five are currently known to exist in broadcastable format. A further 46 were produced by Thames and stil exist. |

Having despatched 3 big ones on Monday, Mrs T got the remnants today. So, I went out just now to admire the handywork, all good. Then I looked above the front door. "Shit a Stick" flowed out of my gob. Massive bugger, probably not best pleased with me. Knocked it down with a broom, no corpse.
