Morning all!
TVblog: Babylon 5 - “The Long Twilight Struggle”. Best episode of the second series, it’s got it all - a cracking story, excellent dialogue, first-rate acting, and some brilliant CG space battles. Christ I love it.
Amigablog: have spent the last few weeks using a borrowed OSSC to connect my legacy consoles to my HDMI-only telly. It’s worked brilliantly for the GC and PS2, but doesn’t have s-video or composite for my CD32.
I’m now the proud owner of a GBS-Control via Aliexpress. Processes a line at a time, and chucks it at the screen as fast as possible, so barely any lag. The version I bought also has sockets for the aforementioned CD32 ports… but can I see any image via either? No. No I cannot. I at least get audio, so I know the machine is on.
Going to plug the old TV back in, just to make sure the Amiga is outputting video.

Well it requires a lot of upkeep, constant pruning throughout the summer and they are getting too old to maintain their side. |
