My tolerance for spicy food has decreased as I've gotten older. Shame. It's more to do with the after effects than the actual eating though. Will still have hot chilli sauce on my occasional doner kebabs though, and sod the consequences.

It's not excusive. There are plenty of people who don't think of themselves as alpha males who are dickheads as well.

I’ve also realised that a Bloody Mary made with beetroot juice would be delicious. I’m not drinking Monday to Thursday though (unless I go out) so I would have to wait until midnight to try. Not actually sure we’ve got any vodka either.

A proper Alpha male is someone who leads by example conducting themselves with decency.
