Lazybones. Exercise, reduce boozing, lose weight if you're overweight, smaller portions, stop all smoking. Yeah yeah yeah yeah I am cycling more now, and lessening the booze. And getting back into more acceptable shape. A very small amount of some tobacco I think is ok, for me. 10-20 cigarettes a year. I think that’s ok, for me. |

I'll wait for the expert opinion of Dr. Shenguin M.D. I use a 13" laptop for spreadsheets and find it fine. But if you need a larger laptop, then 15" ones often offer better value for money. Set your budget, work out how much storage you need, how much RAM you'd like, and then pick one with a chip with the highest number, and make sure it has enough USB ports and any other connections or features you specifically need. Read an online review before you buy if you want to be cautious. Buy from a shop with a high street presence if you want the safety of being able to complain in person if need be. |

hi I have a fatty liver. I asked the ultrasound man if there was a way tot reduce the fattiness of the liver and he said ‘stop drinking’. Anyone … anyone else … with a fatty liver? Lazers - try putting a stick of butter in your morning coffee every day. It won't do much for your liver, but you'll be long dead before your liver is a problem. |

Played a touch of Dominions 6 last night, whilst watching a video guide. The guide is for a very vanilla human knights type civility, whilst I am playing as an underwater mind control octopus faction. There may be some disconnect in best practices going forth.
I watched about 45 minutes of video and so far have completed one turn of the game.
