Having this for dinner tonight: Pan-fried pear salad with pancetta, gorgonzola and a warm dressingGood stuff and strangely something Shenguin could eat*. 4* *I assume, he may be vegan or have an allergy to one of the ingredients. <edit>Of course honey is substituted with Maple syrup. <edit><edit>missed the fact that it has pancetta, so not Shenguin friendly, my bad. |

Looks delicious. The pancetta is probably unnecessary with the blue cheese there as well. Especially with the toasted pine nuts for texture and flavour. |
