Had no greek yoghurt at home, so no overnight oats, so spent £8 in Pret. Fucks sake.
Games, err a wee bit of BF2042.
I purchased a Linux retro portable game thing on AliExpress. Gameboy, N64, Mega drive, SNES, PSP, Dreamcast, psx etc. was £40. Getting ok chat on it, though it will probably end up as £40 I should have put towards a steam deck. They're more than double that on Amazon. Brick in the post from the Chinese lads you say?
We were over at the in-laws for dinner for the child's birthday. The PM's niece came over as well.

Games
I have reached Ilos on Mass Effect. There is one fight I am struggling a bit with. I can reach the final bit, but I can't find a spot to hurt the Geth Prime enough without getting murdered. I did have a spot, but i knocked him over and he stood up further back and I was no longer doing more damage than he could heal. A bit annoying. I read the walkthrough, but I haven't tried the tactic they suggested.
Fortnite
Two games, two wins. I shot the second last guy shortly after he exited the penultimate fight in a solo game.
In a duos game Shenguin bravely put himself up as bait in the final fight. While our opponents concentrated on killing him I stood behind them and killed them. I would describe this as an excellent example of teamwork, but it wasn't. Shenguin ran off slightly foolishly from a decent spot to a more exposed spot. I just got lucky with the positioning of the opposition at the end of my gunsight.

I want to live in Amsterdam, but these articles are making me think it’s either quaking under the weight of millions of tourists, or under the spell of wealthy homeowners who’ve moved in and want everyone else out.
I was hoping to go to Amsterdam with my dad soon. Now unsure. Maybe we should go to Friesland instead.
