I spent all day at a HR summit. an entire day? That's a bit excessive. Couldn't they just have dismissed you and been done with it? Did you know that employees that feel "appreciated" are 44% more productive? So if anyone asks say you don't feel appreciated, that way they expect less. |

What always amazes me about HR people are their graphs. Today saw several with the Y and X axis numbered 1 to 10 but no explanation as to what the numbers were and the graph was essentially pointless.
