Rooney was right, TAA isn't a midfielder. Get Mainoo on. Also, give Flash Gordon or Easy Eze a try on the left wing, instead of Foden. Your welcome, Gareth. Simples. Foden is world class, Gordon has no end product and would be a huge downgrade. I expect when Shaw returns you will see more from Foden. I'm more worried about our reluctance to pass out at goal kicks, which allowed the Serbs to build pressure as the half went on. |

Also caught around fifteen minutes of this “Dead Man’s Shoes” you lot have been waffling about. Was he trying to find an old pair of Clark’s that aren’t made anymore? I've said this before, but when Dad died, my Brother-in-Law was straight round to nick his shoes (size 8).

Can do a defensive job, and when the opposition are on the ball they're the player you'd want, excellent tackling, a really class player, but lacking the all round play and physical presence you want from a truly great centre back. |
