Bought some rum at lunch. Not for lunch, for later perhaps. Mount Gay Black Label. Haven't tried it before, so will let you know the outcome.

I’m on leave. But I’ve just had to boot up the work laptop. Worse still, I may have to go on a site visit on Wednesday - it’s terrible when you have a conscience.
I like WeeCooper’s board.
I’m not saying I’m a country boy, but the nearest asphalt surface was two miles away from the dusty country lane I grew up on. I could only dream of having a board.
Since then I realised I don’t have a centre of gravity, so just fall off things mostly.

I'm with Cobblers, though. It's G&T weather. Failing that I recommend having a shower, than sitting down still wet with some cold beer in front of a large fan and watch the football. I admit this might be slightly tricky to pull off if you are at work.

I would take the opportunity, at this juncture, to heartily endorse Thatcher’s gin.
Unsurprisingly it’s made from apples. Also unsurprisingly it’s got more than a hint of the calvados about it. Equally unsurprisingly it’s rough as the proverbial badgers arse. Four stars.
Whilst I have only had it in a G&G&T (and neat, just to check obviously) it’s apparently very good mixed with Thatchers Haze cider. Because the ideal way to drink 43% sharp as a bastard apple gin is to water it down with 5% cloudy cider. It’s a crowd of bloody idiots down this way.

Sod drinking Gin, even in this weather. You basically want a cold as possible bottle of crisp lager from the fridge. The Hop House Lager is my current favourite when the asphalt is melting outside.

What's the point of the subs in footy fantasy? I saw Marcelo was injured this morning so subbed him for a Japanese fella, Marcelo is still shown as playing in my team.

No. If you don’t make any subs, they automatically sub on only if another player hasn’t played. If you make a sub, the game won’t make any auto subs. Subs can be made after all matches on a day have finished and before the start of the first match the following day. You need to be in the correct round to make subs manually (snarfle) not in the next or previous round screen.

You can sub off players after they’ve played (unless they were red carded), but only sub on players before they’ve played.

Hello.
Warm today though not unbearable. Tomorrow to get toasty again.
My Mondays for the next few weeks include bringing the child on the commute as she's going to my sister's. Journey here was ok but the one home will be fraught with danger as she'll be tired.
TV. More Parcs & rec. Ron Swanson answering the questions with questions during an enquiry was wonderful.
Games. Wee bit of GTA triple points/money thing. Not much else.
