Quite a lot of sugar in those.
Porridge oats, mashed brown banana, peanut butter & honey. Add dried fruit or nuts/seeds to your liking. Bake. Keeps for about a week in a sealed box. Bootiful.

I know an old guy who had one of those guide dog sat-nav things. He used to be a customer at my work.
He was an accessibility rights campaigner. Fair do's.
But signing up for painting & decorating classes at the FE college.. then rocking up with a guide dog and claiming discrimination when you're not allowed to get on the course is a bit much.
