I've been summoned to London for a couple of days, made to sign an NDA and also to fork out around £350 on hotels and train tickets.
I bet it's about the stationary ordering.

I've got a meeting in the Mitchell Library and got a long lie till half seven. You had to best it didn't you! (Glad I don't order stationery)

I wrote stationery. I edited it to stationary. I changed it back. *Hmm*
Maybe grab a dictionary in the library.
Not got a bus to town in ages. The big motel one is built. As it was probably part of the reason the arches closed down I hope it burns down.

The old club the Arches? I always wanted to see Andy Weatherall there, but wasn't to be. Saw him plenty of other places though.

Maybe grab a dictionary in the library. 'e' for envelope. Easy way to remember which is which.

Ooh, get you Metropolitan elites with your London chat.
The Glasgow chat is a bit backward and shit though. Try to be more metropolitan and civilised.

I like to sit still when I order stuff. I like the place where I board a train to be well ventilated.

You are 'a' dependant, or you are dependent?

Glasgow is a bit backward and shit though. Try to be more metropolitan and civilised FTFY Glasgow was seen as the second city of the empire, you know.

Morning all!
How are we all on this fine day? A nice cool wind here today, so I imagine it'll have disappeared come lunchtime.
Finished the fourth series of BSG last night. Would have made an excellent ending for the entire run, rather than the metaphysical one we ended up with.
Also more Max. Have completed all forts, and am now doing stuff for the Deep Friar. He seems like a bad man.

Morning.
Still no time for games last night, but I watched a video entitled "Five things you shouldn't do in Fortnite!" It was about resource management and avoiding traps and stuff like that, but I'm so little clued up that I thought it was about etiquette, like "don't go around shooting people, it is considered terribly rude."
I think my Fortnite adventures need to wait until the World Cup is over, at the moment I simply can't find an uninterrupted 20 minutes.
We also decided that we had enough of worthy history dramas and watched the first episodes of Detectorists instead. The family had already given us a DVD some time ago that we'd never got round to, because they thought it would be right up our street. It didn't disappoint. Yes, I've given talks in church halls like that to local archaeological societies. The only thing that's unrealistic is that in reality the average age of the members is about 65.
The student who needed help because a bastard colleague was causing them trouble had an extension, but the deadline has now crept up on me, so no more football either until this is sorted. There goes my day.

"don't go around shooting people, it is considered terribly rude." Ah, the Rolling and Sheep approach to Fortnite. I saw them in action together recently. I truly admire their dedication to Gandhi's philosophy. So much so that I decided to follow the same path, obvs. I usually find 5 minutes more than suffices for a game.

I like the Big Sam panel, it's a shame he didn't make to the World Cup, something incredibly good or bad (probably bad) was certain to happen.
