Why can't we just go back to cash and writing letters by hand? I liked it better when I had no idea what everyone else was up to all the time (no offence).

That island looks lovely lazybonesWhere are you hiding the laptop? I'd put it in a kitchen cupboard somewhere - away from your stuff*. Someone entering to steal would look in the bedroom & living room. Not likely to look through a rented house kitchen cupboard for valuables. *Your belongings. Not stoof.

Bury it like a pirate would. Make a pirates map in case it's forgotten.

Bury it like a pirate would. Make a pirates map in case it's forgotten. and tear the map into quarters and bury those and leave a diary with cryptic clues only you can decrypt as to where the pieces can be found.

Hide it in the toilet cistern? Take the hard drive out. Wrap it in some condoms and a ziplock bag. Bury that. Put the map with GPS coordinates in the cistern.

Lazy should tape it to his chest. Doubles up as an ad-hoc stab proof vest.

Lazy should tape it to his chest. Doubles up as an ad-hoc stab proof vest. And as long as heβs got the right software, itβll protect him from viruses.

Just had a surveyor round from the Housing dudes. I asked him he'd been to Tootsies. "Yes, I said 'Alright mate', that didn't go down very well".
Straight faces all round.

Lazybones has Children?!
I was also going to suggest burying the laptop, but disguising the site as a grave of a recently deceased Dog, so with a little cross stuck in it with a suitable epitaph maybe.
'Here lies Hercules, a good Boy' or similar. Then you would only have to worry about grave robbers.

It's great how helpful we're all being regarding Lazy's laptop. What a lovely community we are.

Hide it in the only place you know it'll be safe, the same place my Dad hid my Grandfather's watch when he was a POW in Nam.

Crank showing he is IT literate when getting a visit from the serious police, the Intel job looked interesting but when it mentioned images of children it was a big nope. I'll take shift work and stress over bleaching my eyes any day.
Also a welfare dog is not an undercover landshark, they don't bite first and ask qs later.
