I have been up since 6am. It’s already hot here in Sheffield. I bet it’s mad in town this afternoon; however, I will watching the match at home with a couple of friends as I am on baby duty.
Predictions for the match? I have a feeling England will score the only goal of the match in extra time.

Even though I'm in my 30s, I've decided to basically give up on life, so I've driven to an absurdly large, revoltingly unpleasant and socially damaging shopping mall to buy a suit. It is air-conditioned though, so on balance this is looking pretty good.

It's awfully quiet in here. What's going on? What's going on is that I had inadvertently muted the volume of my radio alarm, so I only woke up when the grocery delivery man rang the door bell. I now hold the World Record for fastest pulling on a decent set of clothes. On the plus side, I got enough sleep. Hmmm. I see that Baby and I are attempting a comeback in the Fantasy Football. I would have had 6 more points if Brazil hadn't scored that single goal, but that's okay. They deserve some dignity, too. I'm missing the Neymar gifs already. There's a question whether I will be able to watch England play or whether I'll have to run an errand. I didn't watch the last match, and they won. Maybe there's a connection? Like a cursed mascot, or something? What I'm trying to say is that a substantial payment to guarantee that I don't watch the match is just a sensible precaution. I don't take credit cards. |

I stayed at my mum's after watching my team crush the mighty Bury 6-0 last night, along with another 41,000 fans. Its official, we'll watch whatever shite they serve up.
I'm now in East Kilbride shopping centre, which has all your least favourite chain stores and nothing else. Somehow, these people buy enough stuff from HMV to keep it open. It's like I'm back in 2006.
