I went to Knowsley Safari park a few weeks ago for a meet the lions experience. The in-park lion nut was a re-wilding fan. He seemed to even approve of the re-introduction of bears to Scotland. Bears in Scotland. Yorkshire next. Then knocking on the gates of London. Have you tried wildlife camping staying in the lion enclosure? No sleep overnight but a quick catch up before a day with the little one. |

whatalarkYou do get hdmi to optical or coaxial digital converters. But a new spdif cable will be cheaper to try first. Always good to have a back up plan. This is obviously not the chatterbox way though. |

Wait, I probably oughtn't actually. I do sometimes do mopping as part of my job, it's true. So, yes, I can give pointers:
- Make sure the mop is clean to start with -- give it a good rinse out.
- Don't use a ridiculous excess of detergent, it's just a waste.
- Use really hot water.
- Put your back into it properly, it's meant to be hard work.
- The floor shouldn't be left like there's been a flood, mop back up any excess water.
- Change the water and re-rinse the mop if the water gets too dirty.
- The light switch is in a stupid place, you need to do the mopping, then turn the light off, and reverse out, mopping where you've just walked in the dark.
A surprising number of people don't actually mop very well or effectively, unless you tell them how to do it, and nag them consistently when it's not done well enough.

I'd recommend metal buckets for mopping. The plastic ones aren't up to being givin a good wringing out without breaking. Leaving a nice slippery surface like a skating rink can sometimes be rewarded by seeing people slip sliding away.

2 nice lads in an absolute behemoth of a truck have flooded my newly builded bit with smooth and creamy cement paste. On the downside I cannot now get to my back door, and have to walk over a scaffold board suspended over said cement if i want to use the toilet. It's Friday and i'm going to have a drink aren't I? What's the worst that can happen....

I had the misfortune to bump into him last night, he was absolutely wankered.

1) He'd just come back from the Hospital, where he'd found out his GF was pregnant again.
2) Wants to call his baby Romeo.

Yesterday I was watching the wheelchair rugby semi-final, GB V Germany. The first two quarters were pretty close, but GB were running away with it in the second half.
With 1m 30s to go in the final quarter the Ch4 announced that they were moving away to cover the swimmers being introduced for their final and that the rugby would continue on the C4 youtube channel!
90 fucking seconds to load up youtube versus watching a bunch of swimmers walking out and waving to the crowd. I was Chris Brown angry.
Fuck you Clhannel 4.
