Nobody is hurt, nobody is dead, well yet. Still a bit to go thought.

Lazy ....do you have a Repair Cafe near you ? They might be able to fix or show you how to fix your keyboard. They seem to be pretty widespread now.

Hello What's up with it? Missing a key but the membrane works? Photo? Three of the keys don’t work (maybe four?) You press them and they spring back but nothing happens. I’ve taken the keys out and tried to clean underneath but no good. I think I even tried pressing the buttons under the buttons but … nothing … The keyboard hasn’t got a membrane over the top. I suppose I could try taking the keys out again. Hmmm.

Has Tuffers fallen into a sinkhole? I mean … how would we ever know? I can’t see the pillars of his local community saying ‘What about the ProBoards forum he used to post on, using the name Tuffers.’ Similar with tenthenemy.

The membrane is under the keys. What model of Lenovo is it?

Ah - this is what the man in ‘PC Fix’ said to me.
I don’t know. It’s an Ideapad. An Ideapad S540 to be precise.
I didn’t know. I’ve just been to check ….

Have some fresh apricots that aren't very tasty. So for dinner I'm thinking of pork chop roasted with apricots and apples.

This is why I keep telling you all laptops are shit.
Also, I though Spanish Fly was more Tids' thing.
Ah man I'm already exhausted from the school run, drop offs at two different damn schools.

I bought two emulation handhelds. A cheap £40 one and a dearer £160 (though in a sale for Under £140)
Both great. Though the bigger one I wasn't taking outside the house, the wee one was for the train. Does up to PS1/N64.
As they were from AliExpress who want to be Amazon, they have a return any first purchase policy. Had it two months. Was totally unused looking and was within the three months returns window. Got my money back. Happy days.
Will put towards a SteamDeck that I should have got in the first place.

Good morning. If you thought watching Scotland vs Poland on telly was bad, at least you didn't go to it. The travelling is tiring enough without having to watch Grant Hanley and Anthony Ralston for 90 minutes.

Dunno if it's Asda's fault for not having enough stock, or BrewDogs fault for not supplying enough stock.
Either way I'm not getting beer delivered and I have none. Useless bastards.
I will have to leave the house post Asda delivery. Pah.

Does that fix not working P, R, O, N keys? I think it also depends on the year, win10/11 perhaps, the keys work so not a hardware problem so software, standard software checks have been done I think so it goes much deeper than a basic upgrade, maybe a Reddit forum might help, I would go to the source - manufacturers/company or a tech group such as tech radar or a well rated local 'fixer' if it's out of warranty, you can google search for best local.
