Running late. Was on the 0810 instead of 0739 train. Absolutely mobbed. Some lassie decided she didn't have enough space around her so barfed all over the floor. Magically, the folk who couldn't/wouldn't move up the train due to lack of room found space. Amazeballs.

TV. Omnivore. The Rice episode. I'm enjoying it, though read some stuff about the working conditions at Nomo which was a bit shit as he seems decent.
Games. Couple of rounds of BLOPS6 beta. Getting more kills than I normally would do. Won't be buying it but it's fun.
Some sleeping dogs on the laptop. I have bazzite running on an external ssd. Its a gaming Linux distro that's effectively steamos as I wanted a play to see what it's like.

I played Monster Hunter a lot. Monster Hunter World. I completed the ‘Iceborne’ story last night. I also downloaded a game called Lion Simulator Survival: RPG Animal Battle.
The worst 99p I’ve ever spent.
But Monster Hunter World. What a game. Like a crack habit administered by someone with only your best interests at heart.

I didn’t complete the Iceborne story in heroic fashion.
I was getting a lot of cut scenes but had some tomatoes roasting in the oven. The timer was going off but I couldn’t really get up. The monster knocked me out so I took the opportunity to run into the kitchen to turn the oven off and then hid in the game campsite while my companions fought the monster.
I went in and hung back a bit. The people I was playing with seemed to know what they were doing. I occasionally ran up and hit the monster’s tail.
Hell of a game.
The tomatoes were burned.
