I watched the rest of the Penguin tv show. It is relentlessly bleak. All the dramatic turns were unbelievably dark. I don't know if I liked it. Very stressful to watch. Colin Farrell's make up was good. 4 stars.
Now I am watching The Lincoln Lawyer s3 on Netflix. It is truly awful. Most of the characters are only there to explain the plot to each other and to bang on about what a maverick genius the central character is, which is necessary because he doesn't come across as a maverick genius in any way whatsoever. His main personality feature is that he has got a cool car. Some of the acting is hilarious. But I think I quite like it anyway. 4 stars.
Next episode of the Jackal tomorrow, I'll be back then to tell you how crap that is too. 4 stars.

I've been reading the latest update on Captain Tom Moore's family fraud. I was expecting it to end with criminal charges, but it simply states the family are implored to return the money they stole. #BrokenBritain

Half way through episode 2 of The Jackal.
We watched ep2 of 'In Vogue' documentary last night. Kate Moss looks like she's had work done. Which is a shame. She didn't need to and it's not like she wouldn't have got the jobs.
Who am I to tell a women what to do with her body etc etc.
Amused at Stella McCartney saying she was worried she wouldn't get into Central St Martins. Sure Jen.

I think this situation with Captain Tom Moore’s family is really a displacement of people’s hostility towards Captain Tom. People hating seeing him walk up the path with soldiers saluting in the background, and they hated the way he massacred ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ with Michael Ball and the NHS Heritage Choir. Their psyches can’t act these feelings so they’re putting them onto his family instead.
