Call this a morning?
Some more Dark Souls last night. Repeatedly got owned by new londo ruins. I managed to make it to the boss once, but then couldn't work out how to get back there. I might have to take a break for a while. Couple more episodes of Bosch. I think I quite like it. Also a documentary on Netflix about minimalism. I think it might have been called... Minimalism.

I will spend most of the day watching the Lightning Map hoping that the storms will get down to the south east sooner rather than later

It rained last night with us, but its back to blazing hot uh..the thing...you know, in the sky...the ball of fire. We call it the Sky orb and sacrifice southerners to it...sun. The sun.

Getting to the boss is easy with this one simple trick. Cross the bridge to where the first two ghosts are. Head right and avoid them. Run to the back, beyond the stairs. After you pass the corner there is a drop down. You need to be up against the left wall for this there is a wall half way down to land on then another drop.
You are in the pool area. Head right and a darkwraith will charge you. Kill him. Head up the stairs and left up more stairs. Run a little bit into this room and back down the stairs. Two darkwraiths should attack. You can kill them or circle them. Once they are own the stairs run up and through the room. Exit to the left at the end an cross the bridge to the boss area. avoid the two ghosts around there.
Once through the fog immediately run down the stairs at least one full flight. This stops you being targeted through the door.
By doing this you don't need a cursed weapon/ temporary curse/ permacurse as you don't fight any ghosts.
To fight the four Kings you need your fastest good weapon. Atttack attack attack! if you can do in two you can do in all of them. Stand slightly to the side so they mostly miss you. only heal when you need to. Judging distance is weird in the abyss. Make sure you are hitting them.

Off to town soon to pick up NMS. I'm sure it will be fine.
It has a battle royale mode right?

It has a battle royale mode right? No, but if you turn off network play I can guarantee you'll be the last man standing.

Not as pretty Yes, but enough about your face, what about the lightning? Edit: Yeah, Felice is right, lightningmaps.org looks better, plus you can set it to show the thunder sound front. On the downside, it doesn't look like you can see what detectors are sensing the lightning.

You'll all not be surprised to learn that the links to this place on the Farming Simulator piece at The Other Place has resulted in zero new members. Nil. Zilch.
You'd think with all the bullshit in here at least one farmer might have chanced his arm so to speak.

Another lightning map? For better or worse (most likely worse) I'm with Shenguin on this. Accept no substitute.

You can show the stations if that's what you mean, top right little antenna button <edit> also you can combine both sets of data from each site

Thunder and lightning strike the country, No Man's Sky has been fixed against all the odds, a bloody moon rises tonight and the dead, i.e. Melvazord, have returned. It's the end times. ...but not a drop of rain here, and, according to the BBC not until tonight when the rain is going to start spoiling my weekend. Bastard rain.

Cheers Sheep, I'll have another crack at it later. The lack of a bonfire is a right pain in the arse. Unless there is one and I've missed it.

@bloggiesmalla I finished Last Chance U. See what you mean about the updates on the previous cast - pretty horrendous really. Enjoyed the series but not as much as the first two.
