Also a member of the one year older gang. Guessing the recent diet has helped here, although I should probably get my cholesterol checked seeing as I've basically been living on meat, spinach and courgette.
New series of It's Always Sunny starts tomorrow. Need to find out when it'll be shown over here . . .

2 years older. Well, one year and one month, let's call it. How is not knowing your cholestorol a factor? Would the knowledge make my heart stronger?

I'd guess knowing your cholesterol is a reasonable proxy for generally taking care of yourself.

I do not know my cholesterol.
My heart age is 18. Well 16 plus 6 months since the transplant.

My heart age is the same as my actual age. Quite the revelation. I may need some time to recover.

Hello there. I wish I didn't click on your links...
Heart age of 41. It's had me crying into my burger and chips smoothie all morning.

Hello.
You all look a bit weird today.
I'm young at heart, so I don't need this stupid quiz.
Why are we guessing Baby's weight in stones? Surely it should be expressed in Peshwari naans?

My heart is apparently 4 yrs older than me. I'm ok with that as long as it doesn't stop 4 years before the rest of me

When it comes to cholesterol it's worth getting your HDL/LDL readings.

I barely provided any information for that heart link, and it gave me a heart-age 1 year older than the rest of me.

Well I answered "no" to all the are you aware of anything dread about you questions and made up a figure for my weight, and hey presto 1 year older too. It's a load of rubbish. Also, no Xbox for me later by the looks of it due to "sync issues" that seems to have hit everyone.

I think the Heart-a-Tron 2000 is basing its predictions on the population average where you don't provide information (cholestorle, blood pressure), so probably the population is one year older than its age on average.

I think the Heart-a-Tron 2000 is basing its predictions on the population average where you don't provide information (cholestorle, blood pressure), so probably the population is one year older than its age on average. Yes, it is, and according to the G, 78% of people taking the test have an older heart age than chronological age, making the whole thing sound made up and arbitrary. Obviously heart age should be normalised for the population, so only 50% of people can possibly have a heart age higher than their chronological age. Edit: I blame whichever twat first mentioned the test on here.
