Chicken chasseur bubbling away on the stove. I didn't give our shite hob at least 6 weeks notice that I would be cooking frozen peas so that's holding things up. PRO TIP Put peas in heat proof container. pour on boiling water, leave to fester. 5 minutes before said chicken is ready, drain water from peas & replace with more boiling water. Hey presto! |
