Also got a bit more done in BotW. Big lizard machine had possibly the easiest boss I've ever faced, but at least it's done. Next up the bird, I think. You are doing it exactly in the same order I did it. The bird boss is even easier, but you got to feel sorry for anyone who started with the camel. I always tell people to pay attention to the music in the divine beasts, sorry if I'm repeating myself here. It's very subtle and I didn't properly notice it until the second dungeon, but the music unscrambles and changes with every terminal you activate. Also the lizard has the best musical theme, but the others are good too.

I'm only the one who has seen Tower Heist it seems. Ah, I see. No I haven't seen it, maybe I should*. I forgive you on behalf of all titties. *Edit: It's got Eddie Murphy in it. Maybe not.

Eddie Murphy is far and away the best performer in that film, he makes the first half almost watchable.

Morning,
I killed Adamantoise in FFXV last night. Who wants to touch me? It's probably the first time in years a game has produced anything approaching a feeling of awe in me for years.
Top 5 'Awe' moments in games throughout the years? I'll have to think on that one.
For the rest of the morning I'll be slowly getting over the disappointment of not being able to upload a gif of the full Mulholland Drive tramp scene as my avatar.

Eddie Murphy is the best person in most movies he's in, just because he ends up playing half of the cast.
He's besty in Coming to America.
Games chat
More Spiderman. I'm getting better at the combat and swinging in New York hasn't felt better.....

Morning, I killed Adamantoise in FFXV last night. How long did it take you? I think I was only 3 trophies away from the platinum, that being one of them.

What the fuck is going on in here?
Afternoon all. I've been to sunny* Borde Hill gardens this morning.
Last night I made a start on The Witcher III - not sure if anyone else has played it? It's very niche.
*it may not be sunny.

I followed the guides as best I could, which involved magitek suits, zwill crossblades, and eating a meal that boosts critical hit rate. Then you just keep warp attacking his eye,and returning to the warp point to recharge. I've only got three to go myself, all the skills ones except promptos photography. Fishing is only at level 3 though, not sure I want the platinum that bad...

Morning all,
I know you've all missed me.
It's 7am here and the Mrs is still asleep, so prime boxing time. I also have a job interview this morning (5pm UK time), this is my absolute favourite way of spending time on holiday. It shows drive, or desperation? I'm not sure.
Yesterday:
Games: BOTW briefly, I'm up to the elephant monster in the desert. Game on.
TV: None
Food: went to a nice restaurant on a square near our hotel, tacos and sea bass washed down with a Margarita.
OTTM: Went to see Chichen Itza, beautiful place. Booked to go by bus, thought we'd gone first class (direct 1.5 hours) turns out we booked the second class bus, 3+ hours each way, stopping at every village on route.
4*s

Pyjakson - Yeah it was levelling up the fishing that put me off. I'd only just got to level 2. So tedious.

I'm struggling to think of anything. Either I'm not easily awed or I'm playing the wrong games (probably the latter). Somehow I'm finding it easier to make a list of moments in Zelda games that I found particularly memorable. Call it awe if you like. 5) Entering the Tower of the Gods in Wind Waker (also: the ending, natch). 4) Solving the Eagle's Tower puzzle in Link's Awakening (also: the ending, natch). 3) Opening of Breath of the Wild. Snap. 2) Letting the moon crash in Majora's Mask. 1) Becoming an adult in Ocarina of Time. No spoilers, those who have played it know which bit. Moment that was designed to impress but failed: Link striking a victory pose on Epona after the battle on Eldin Bridge in Twilight Princess. Maybe because I'd seen the image before playing the game.

Went to the Lego exhibition at the Novium museum in Chichester. Saw an 8m long model of the Flying Scotsman. Impressive. 150,000 bricks, a 2 month build for 6 people.
Will post pictures.

I'm going with:
Seeing Mario 64 in action for the first time T-Rex fight in Tomb Raider (I was young at the time!) Uncharted 2's Opening The ending of Braid RDR entering Mexico
Edit: I just watched that T-Rex scene on youtube and it's actually still pretty sweet.

1. When the Covenant break into the ship on the first level of Halo 2 2. Walking out on to Skyrim for the first time 3. Pratting around for the first time on Mario 64 4. Winning Premier Manager 2 with a conference team 5. Hitting an opponent with lightning just before they are going over that massive bridge on Mario Kart 64

Somehow I'm finding it easier to make a list of moments in Zelda games that I found particularly memorable. Call it awe if you like. Memorable and awe inspiring aren't really the same thing. I'd call locking the butler in the freezer in Tomb Raider 2 memorable, but I don't think I'd class it as awe inspiring. However, your list sounds about right. I haven't played most Zelda games.
