On the plus side, this way you get to hope the bubble bursts, and feel smug for not losing when it does. On the downside, I'm not a millionaire for very little effort. Swings and roundabouts, I guess. Edit: to be clear Fiery, I don't begrudge you your mealdeal and wouldn't want you to have to pay for it. |

Very likely in a group of gamers/ computer nerds of a certain age. At the time though, no one in my 'circle' had any idea what they were. Hindsight is a wonderful thing. Saying that though, I would've almost certainly cashed out when they hit a dollar. |

I'd probably have put my bitcoins in one of the exchanges which was a proper scam anyway. Shenguin I'll be absolutely furious if it isn't some sort of horrific bubble/scam. |

Games backlog: I've got a few, but then again too few to mention.
telly: I finished the Defenders last night. It was ok - I liked lots of scenes but never really felt that engaged by the whole thing. Punisher next I suppose.
football: the skilled and virtuous Brighton managed to valiantly hold off the brutish and maleficent Palace.

Morning all,
Gaming backlog - mostly uncompleted games from the last gen and before as I've yet to buy one of this gens consoles.
Bitcoin - I remember first finding out about it on the max keiser show, reading he owned a stack of it and writing it off as a pump and dump scam. Didn't lily Allen also claim to have been offered some ridiculous amount of bitcoins to perform a gig at some point?

I tried to buy some Bitcoin this time last year but had a nightmare registering with the brokerage platform. I then gave up on the idea when it hit the January spike. As predicted by me at the time, it promptly collapsed and was never heard of again.
