I made a similar joke to my GP and recived A Look. "Do you think my surgery is some sort of chuckle-hut, Mr Cobblers?" "Well, laughter is the best medicine." "Get out."

Morning troupe. I googled Toolio's Space Goat beer a while back, to a brewery in Montana. Thinking that would mean bears, wolves and permafrost it was a surprise to find it is a few degrees further South than chez Gong, here in sunny east Anglia. Probably about the same latitude as Plymouth... explains a lot. Missoula (Space Goat Beer) is at 46 degrees 51 minutes north, Plymouth 50 degrees 22 minutes, so Plymouth is approximately 240 miles further north. Toolio doesn't live there though. It's difficult to be certain from his posts, though my guess would be that he lives somewhere near the border of British Columbia and Alberta. If I had to guess more specifically, I'd go for somewhere on BC5 Southern Yellowhead Highway, possibly Valemount, though I might be some way off with this. For the record, Valemount is at 52 degrees 50 north, so about 170 miles further north than Plymouth, about the same latitude as Walsall. Interesting. I am at 52 degrees 37 North, so almost exactly the same distance from the pole as Valemount. *looks West and waves*
Mind you it is nearly 3am and 1C there, so he is probably full of beer and hibernating

I'm about to try a Newlands farm "Spicy tomato & caramelised onion" chutney with siciian ham and minstrel extra mature chedder. My bowels have already raised the white flag.

I've definitely changed my guess to him living south-west of Hinton in Alberta. I think he probably works at the [ deleted to preserve Toolio's privacy], and sometimes treats himself to Kale Tacos and a glass of Overlander Pale Ale at the [ deleted to preserve Toolio's privacy] on a Sunday after a hike. Edit: ever since I tracked Socky down and killed him, I've been looking for a new hobby.

I had a squad game on Fortnite with 3 Arab kids I could not understand. They were all of a sudden taken out by the incoming horde and I was the last left. They spectated me and I thought "now my chance to shine!". I died soon after.
Why aren't Arab kids in school, that's the real issue here.

Do you know every language except Arabic, and therefore though a process of elimination deduce that they were Arab? Or did you just here a vaguely Middle Eastern language and jump to biased conclusions? Bit racist if the latter.

toolio2010 said: It's snowing hard and fucking cold. Winter is early. Calm down Jack London. Christ, snow in Sept. That's grim. Enjoy the shiny new tablet. I've vaguely contemplated the same tablet. My Nvidia shield is getting long in the tooth and sluggish. Just like its owner. I want hdmi out though which very few tablets give you nowadays. Isn’t Toolio in Canada? I’m lead to believe it’s basically winter all year round. It shouldn't be here for at least a month. Oh well it is putting the fires out...

Hi
Today is my Friday and Monday isn't my Monday. I'm on holiday. You can touch me if you like.
GAMES: I played Fortnite last night and managed to complete the week 9 challenges. Don't think I'll hit level 100 this time round, but since I'm spending a week in Rome I'm not overly bothered.
Trousers: Unshat

The place; oooh very spot on there. Yes The pale ale is my local brew. I'll keep an eye out for strangers.

Waves back. Walsall is 410ft above sea level, I'm around 3500ft.

I can read the squibbly letters and I've had compliments for my neat Arabic handwriting, but I can't be bothered to actually learn the language beyond a few words and phrases. I've got my other half to prattle on all day in Arabic and get me what I want when on holiday. I'll do the same for him in my incoherent Turkish. (6 a.m. in a cafe somewhere in Turkey. Mr T.R.: "Can you get me a normal tea, please?" T.H. orders tea, waiter can't believe what he's hearing - "without sugar??? With milk?? Man, the English are weird...")
Edit: I suddenly had some frowny faces in my post. Not sure why. 2nd edit: maybe because Turkish boasting is the 19th worst kind of boasting.

Spent the morning with Mr Tent Rooster in hospital for a routine check up. Consequently had a late lunch (ham & egg sandwich, salad). Played a bit more Octopus Travel Insurance whilst waiting. Finished Cyrus' second chapter with a boss fight that made me feel as if I had brought a knife to a gunfight. Poor Tressa was essentially just healing herself round after round. I've now started her second chapter, too.
