Hi, I'm in the pub getting smashed on all the booze with all the cool people at work. It's basically the best night ever. We told the new tea boy we were doing that dry booze month charity thing so he didn't tag along. We all hate him.

My new work colleagues have bullied me into doing booze-free whatever month this is. I've made the assumption it only applies during office hours though. I've signed up to Notsober...again. I'm doing it for the kids in Africa. |

No hat chat could be complete without Animal Crossing hats, but I know I am surrounded by Animal Crossing agnostics. I haven't come across a website that lists all headgear with pictures, including all rarer items, but this demonstrates the principle: uk.ign.com/wikis/animal-crossing-new-leaf/HatsParticular favourites of mine were the straw boater and the straw hat for summer wear (broad-rimmed hats like that also prevent in-game tanning in summer, so you need to avoid them if you want a darker complexion) and one of the pom pom hats or knitted hats for winter. That's what I wear in real life, too. Another in-game favourite was the hot-dog hat that worked well with a kilt and waistcoat, although I also liked the tam o'shanter (not pictured) that one could get on Burns Night. I was never too keen on the Toad hat, and after the recent revelations... clearly the one to avoid. |
