This place has some weird Friday nights, especially when I'm not around to make them normal. MLU turns back up and tells us his husky is incontinent? At least he avoided being overtly racist, for the moment. And Destry posts the how many days in a week link? I'm surprised we managed to avoid just going straight for the penis beaker. Then Toolio tops it all of by wishing everyone a happy celebration of racistly killing the natives day. Pretty dire all round.
OTTM: not really.
Games: none. Work has been busy and there's kind of been a mammal recently. It's all taking up too much time.

With regards to mammals, I assume some kind of pest is infecting your life, its the only thing that makes sense, foxes? Mice maybe? |

Lovely weather to stay inside indeed. Not quite the thing for a wedding. Hope that Conchord is okay, what with sorting out his life insurance and all that.
This morning I didn't stay inside either but went to my GP to get a flu jab. It turned out to be a highly popular event, with people queuing outside in the cold rain ("hurry up, or we'll catch pneumonia before we get to the flu jab") and the queue snaking round the waiting room before being split into two down the corridor with the doctors' offices. I now feel adequately inoculated.
Then on to vet who had failed to phone about the results of the cat's blood test. Turns out that her thyroid is through the roof again, picked up a double dose of pills (at a price).
Now I'm done with running errands. The argument with the cat blocking access to the computer keyboard continues. I can already tell I'm going to lose that one.

Cat is with us and relatively with it. Turns out he has glandular TB. Anyone got a spare £1500 lying around? Finished Ascension last night. Either it was planned as a mini-series, or it was cancelled faster than you can say "Firefly" - only six episodes. |
