I spent this afternoon in hospital on a combined mission of preferred mammal having been sent by his GP to get an X-ray done and to pick up some medicine for myself that was supposed to be delivered to my home but in reality was languishing in the hospital pharmacy. We went by taxi because parking is horrible and expensive. The driver had the radio on and there was an announcement that coming next was an interview with Rockstar. RDR2 is everywhere. (Though before that there was a discussion of gonorrhea.)
I also just watched Jim Sterling dicking around with and on a horse in RDR. So, the horse comes to you in real time and can be out of earshot when you call it? That's what you have in Breath of the Wild, and people hated it...

Just read some of the box from earlier today. I think I'm being incredibly naive here, but after seeing that it was a tenner more from PSN for RDR2, I thought I'd just swing by Tesco or sainsburys (that has an argos) and pick it up in the morning. But there's talk earlier of queues and not having it? Have I done and fucked up again pa?

I'll have to wait to midnight to amend as it's not on the website to buy just now. You can find it but can't add it. It's fine I've ordered it anyway. Hopefully come by Saturday.

I like tuffers was expecting to just rock up and buy one.. now I'm a bit nervous about it. there won't be a queue surely..!? It is the only 24 hour shop I know in the area mind.. Luckily I do have a back up plan for tomorrow if it all goes belly up. |

I did actually read somewhere that Rockstar had put a lot of pressure on retailers about delivery. If people got their games a day early they were threatening to blacklist them on the future.
