I haven’t ordered RDR, one for the January sales I think. I am massively underpumped. That may change when you lot start wittering on about it, but I thought the first one was a bit meh.
What I am pumped about is that I’m going to pick up a Big Muff Op Amp pedal at lunchtime and spend the weekend making a god awful racket on guitar. I blame whoever it was going on about the smashing pumpkins the other day. I can’t play guitar for shit, but that doesn’t make drunkenly clattering out Cherub Rock though an absolutely filthy distortion any less fun.

I'm a bit disappointed that people have not received their copies yet or are actually having to do work. I was already expecting excited horse bollocks talk.

Would checking out the list of achievements spoil it a bit?

Simplygames delivers once again - mine has arrived. Need to do some work before I can set it installing though and may have to actually leave the house to do things that matter this afternoon, so I'm not expecting to actually play it before Saturday or Sunday if I'm lucky.

I recently read that the intro to Cherub Rock was a deliberate quote from the bridge of By-Tor and the Snow Dog by Rush. Friday facts!

Scrolling further down though, this guy wins hands down: OP: Looks boring. Reply: So does your Mom, but looks can be deceiving The internet is a glorious place. Alas, predictably the reply has already been FRANKed into oblivion.

Which itself apparently borrows elements from Yes' "The Gates of Delirium." Obviously I’m now googling that to see if they borrowed anything from King Crimson. There may only be one prog tune, which is everything, and I intend to find it.

On top of the pile is the Yes album with Gates of Delirium on it, which I do not remember ever owning. The universe must be collapsing in on itself, and it;s not even lunchtime.

Bloggie will be your man in about 15 minutes Disaster struck.. it froze for some reason, kept pausing with about 5gbs to go. I've returned to half way. It's a sign.

It's only a matter of time before you end up with Tarquin's Seaweed Farm, by Porcupine Tree, and nothing else will matter man

I've just returned from Sainsburys with a lovely shiny new ps4 game. It's called Red Dead Redemption 2. Anyone heard of it?
