The Other Place has 11 best Switch Games article. There's one called Octopath Traveller that sounds interesting, though I don't have a Switch. Has anyone here ever heard of it or played it?

Hello all.
I spent my evening informing my dad that the offer he's accepted on my nan's house is stupidly low. In fact, 23% lower than others sold this year on the same road. I have yet to hear back from him.
Games: I dabbled in Black Flag.
TV: more Arrested Development. And finished Jack Ryan.

The red eyes or the green hoodie? You really must try and get more sleep.

I'm pleased to see that Octopus Sealslapper has made it onto Keza's list. And they even found their own review for it! I don't know whether I mentioned it in passing, but I actually own that game. In fact, I played a bit last night. What are the chances! I was on my way to Primrose's third chapter when I got side tracked by an optional dungeon that had so far been beyond my abilities. Now I decided to go in with my main team - Cyrus, Therion and Tressa - all competent and only poor Olberic 14 levels below them playing the Kenny to their Stan, Kyle and Cartman.
I started playing this game on release day middle of July. It's now November. I've taken it for two weeks on holiday when I had very little distraction. I've heard from other people who finished it months ago. What is wrong with me?*
It's still fun AND ONE DAY I MIGHT EVEN FINISH IT!!!
*Please note this is just a rhetorical question. I know where I am and who I'm asking.

See, I'm doing "Completionist", have already put in more than 100 hours and am only just finishing the third chapter. I take solace from the fact that I read about a Nintendo employee who was one of the first to play the game prior to release having put in 160 hours for complete completion. It's my "no fast travel" rule, isn't it? Edit: I've only just scrolled to the 'longest' figure. 180 hours. Gawd, I hope not.

RDR2: is it actually a bit boring and fiddly. I'm still in the snow. I'll stick with it, but I'm not loving it, I have to say. OTTM: not really. Hold the pump! Say it ain't over already....I'm still in the snow, started up forza four for some razzing around the British countryside. Ace.

What is wrong with me?
Advanced Cobblers disease. Incurable.
You cannot be heeled. The sole gradually slips away.
Also a foolish preference for 'rhetorical' over practical questions.

I got Forza 3 when it came out and it was a fine enough game but for me the open nature of the game got a bit much after a while. That, and I could not drift for the life of me.

Hello all.
I’ve been off having fun, so had no time for you lot.
Went to Wells and recreated the shop scene from Hot Fuzz and bought a cornetto.
Then work sent me to Coventry for a training course. I didn’t like Coventry.
Now I’m busy booking a trip to Aberdeen.
Why does work hate me so much?
And it’s not because I touch myself, I’ve checked with a doctor and I’m at an appropriate normal level of touching.

Sorry Toolio, my pump lasted long enough to buy the game and play it for a total of about an hour. I'm sure everyone else is still pumped. @tenthen What is this, amateur hour? I put about 400 hours into DS2 to get the platinum. Games are about commitment, not competency.

Wait, cobblers still went to Berlin for a piss up with Mrs Cobblers on her deathbed (or something?). I hope he picks up some flowers and chocolates on the way home...

I must say that Keza's list of Switch games has more than a whiff of cheap filler. No comments open either, of course. Having the audacity to give it the title "best Switch games of all times" just a month before Smash comes out takes some very large testicles. No Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (Guardian review: seven sentences, no review of the much-lauded standalone DLC). And putting Undertale on the list is a bit desperate. Why not put Skyrim or Dark Souls? I heard they are good games, too.
No Golf Story, no Messenger, no Dead Cells? Booooo.
Edit: ... and I forgot about Bayonetta 2, but so did Keza. Shoddy.

Aleks (that is Dr Krotoski to you) would never had an article without comments enabled. I heard her on R4 recently. Still the same relentless positivity.

If the xbox article is anything to go by they will sneakily update the top 11 list when the next big game comes out like they did with Forza 4. Agree on Skyrim, and also Fortnite should have been included, obviously.

Best Switch games of all time has an odd ring to it given the platform has only been out a couple of years. What about all those games that will be released in the future.
And why 11? Is 11 the new 4 stars?
