Doh, but of course it's really the fault of all those stupid bastards who were too idle or intellectually challenged to take the time to learn the basics of how our industries and services functioned and assess the dysfunctional impact on our already fragile economy leaving the EU would have. Instead, in spite of all experience to the contrary, they believed what politicians were saying. 8GB. What was your test game?
The first pc I built had 512MB of system ram. And the graphics card I think had 32MB. Don't forget the sweet, sweet sound blaster.

8GB. What was your test game? The first pc I built had 512MB of system ram. And the graphics card I think had 32MB. Don't forget the sweet, sweet sound blaster. A lot of Fallout 76 last night as it released early, runs everything fine, occasionally falls over on benchmarking |

Games. RDR2. Back up in the snow after a Mexican gang and had my first one on one gunfight. Died. Killed him 2nd go.
Not managed any legendary kills yet and need to press on with the story.
As folk were saying yesterday you end up mooching about taking ages to do anything.
Been eying up switch games as well.

I realise some folks are lonely and their only daily interaction is with shopkeepers, busdrivers, library staff etc and I sympathise . But. rush. hour.ffs.
They should go to ggb-chatterbox.boards.net and chat to the kind, friendly folk there. Oh.

OTTM (to me) : I finally got past the firefight in Deadspace3 classic mode that has been the bane of my existence for some time. I used all of my wiles* and cunning and booze to achieve this.
* Not Sir Andrew John Wiles, I don't think proving Fermat's Last Theorem would be an effective defence against necromorphs.

Last night:
Japanese class. Missed last week's class and now I'm lost. Apparently, sentences end in a different way if you're explaining something or asking for an explanation. This then changes the form of the verb. Why? No idea.
Got home, worked on the uni hand in that's due Thursday and had a couple of bottles from the beer52 box. No games.

Sounds like you know you comfortable with a 550W, but maybe your next upgrade down the line is to a 650w gold psu to avoid any chance of breaking that expensive card. |

Bus pass/train pass is basic stuff. Even better when you've got a queue of hundreds behind you on the underground, and the person at the gate is fumbling around for it.

Got to pick a couple of photos for next week's print competition - "man-made". Currently leaning towards an interior shot of "the big shed" at Chatham historic dockyard, and maybe something from RIAT.

Overwatch. New person released. Everyone wants to use it. Pain in the arse as the person who gets to use it is usually fucking shite and, as it's op as fuck at the minute, it's usually the difference between victory and defeat. I avoid it like the plague as I know I'm shite already.
TV. Caught up with the Gifted and TWD. Both equally ok and annoying.
@felice, nice GPU! I'm looking at either a 1080ti or 2080 for my January build, but also toying with repurchasing a 2080ti for future proofing. As the wife just got told half her team is being made redundant next year this may sway my choice.
Edit: Re. annoying people. The one's who get off a train/ bus, take two steps then stop really get me. Mainly because when you inevitably bump into them they tut loudly as if it was your fucking fault. Arseholes.
