Morning everyone. I'm worving from home. I thought I might watch Sunday's Doctor Who first (on my laptop, as I'm still in bed and naked) and then maybe get up and play some RDR2 later. I might eat some eggs at some point as well.

Morning everyone. Games? No! Telly? No! Frantically renewing the guardian live politics blog for any glimmer of hope that we are not totally fucked? Yes!

Uni course work submitted last night and, as the stakes are high this year, it was a fucking masterpiece. I'm hoping this now lifts the nagging sense of guilt that's held me back from pouring hours and hours into RDR2, even if it is just briefly before I need to start on the next one.

University is your last chance for serious game time. It's all goes downhill from there. I watched the last of Outlaw King last night, it was alright. Still sadly no games. It's been forever since I've played a game. I did have a quick try at downloading more mods to Skyrim, but I think Opera has trouble connecting Vortex to Nexus Mods so that was a waste of time.

Morning,
Today is my Friday part 1. School run done and I'm not at work. Off into town to start the Xmas shopping* Currently on a bus as I missed the train.
Games. GTA. My pal had a solo lobby so we did deliveries and a few of the moc missions.
Planning to have sushi for lunch.
*Sitting in coffee shops in central Glasgow making notes on scraps of paper whilst gnashing my teeth, cursing Xmas shopping. My traditional Xmas really.

Morning.
I watched Steptoe & Son's Xmas Special last night, 'A perfect Christmas'. At one point Albert says (discussing party invites), 'Oh no, not him Harold, he's blacker than a gorilla's balls'. Cut to shot of Harold frantically attempting to clean a bust.
Risky stuff.

Hello all. I think it is still morning - took me an hour (vs the usual twenty minutes) to get to work this morning.
My car also stank of fish and chips. I thought it was because I'd driven by a chippie on the way in this morning, but it turns out that the fish and chips I got last night had leaked all over my couple-of-weeks-old three-in-one jacket. I suppose the grease gives it added waterproofing.

Morning!
Good news! We finally killed Ghuun (last boss) on heroic in WoW! Such a good feeling. Dare I say, better than killing a Souls boss? Yes, yes I do. It felt better than killing a Souls boss.
Bad news! We've now moved up to Mythic* raiding, so you'll all still be subjected to my bi- weekly ramblings.
Anything else? Nah mate. The above took us 3 hours and I was fucked by the end of it, just needed bed. BDT, indeed, this evening.
*Continuing all your WoW education, Mythic is the hardest difficulty level in the game.

I'm doing Open Uni now while working full time so it actually eats into my gaming time, sadly.

Mother-in-law is staying with us for a couple of days so:- Games: More Deadspace3. TV: I've covered this already. Food: Veg Pasty & chips à la Igor. OTTM: Boil on bum gone.
I'm re-assessing my avatar choice. Albert Steptoe grinning at you with 'I'll bleed yer, real quiet', underneath. Disturbing. Mind you, there are worse. *looks at pyjakson*

Hello etc, Played RDR for about an hour and a half. Overall completion went from 26.3% to 26.5%. It's the best.

can’t get hacked if you don’t use a computer. "When Renho asked him how much funding the central government would contribute to the 2020 Olympics and Paralympics, he responded: “1,500 yen”, which works out at just over $13, some way below the actual sum of 150 billion yen.". Does he fancy a job as shadow Home Secretary?

Sajid Javid.
From 1981 to 1986, Javid attended Downend School, a state comprehensive near Bristol. Speaking in 2014, Javid confessed that while at school: 'I was naughty, more interested in watching Grange Hill than homework'.
That's very naughty, even for Bristol.
As a teenager, Javid developed an interest in financial markets, following the Thatcher government's privatisations. At the age of fourteen, he borrowed £500 from a bank to invest in shares and became a regular reader of the Financial Times.
Yup, the amount of time banks lent me £500 when I was still at school is incalculable.
